We are switching from Realm to Subsplash Giving and need your help!
We want to make this shift quick, simple, and efficient for you. If you're ready to switch over your recurring gifts now, below are steps to help you migrate to the Subsplash Giving platform from the Realm platform.
Step One: Sign up on Subsplash!
Below is a short video tutorial that walks you through the steps to transition over to Subsplash Giving. Once you're ready you can set up your account using the link down below or by opening our app to the give tab. We highly recommend watching this instructional video first to ensure your account is set up correctly.
Step Two: Stop Your Realm Recurring Giving
Once you have your new account and recurring giving set up with Subsplash, login to your Realm account and cancel any recurring gifts. To cancel a recurring gift:
Click Giving in the main menu.
Click Scheduled.
Click next to a scheduled gift, and select Cancel.
If you're sure you want to cancel, click Confirm.
In order to avoid duplicate gifts, make sure to check your bank for any pending transactions from Dayspring and schedule your Subsplash automated giving to start after it clears.

Subsplash Giving Instructions
Open the Dayspring app
Click the “give” icon at the bottom
Enter the amount of your gift
Choose the frequency and start date
Continue with email to login or signup (if you haven't already created a profile through the app)
Confirm your email address
Add payment info
You’re all set!
