Online Small Groups
During this season of social distancing, many of our adult small groups are now meeting virtually via online video and conferencing services. The groups meet at varying times on Sundays, as well as, other days throughout the week. If you would like information regarding any of our small groups, please contact our Connections Pastor, Lee Hanks at email@example.com.
On-Campus & Off-Campus Groups
At Dayspring, we believe life change happens best in the context of a small group. A Small Group is a community of people connected together for growth through Bible study and spiritually encouraging relationships. In other words, good friends getting together to have God conversations.
When & Where Small Groups Happen
Some of Dayspring’s small groups happen on the church campus, others meet in homes. Some meet on Sunday mornings, others meet at another time. Some meet every week, others meet a few times a month. And some are organized according to life-stage, while others are organized simply by convenient meeting times. In other words, there’s something for everyone!
How You Can Participate in a Small Group
You are welcome to visit a small group to see if it is a good fit for you.
Newcomers are welcome at any of the Sunday morning on-campus groups, which meet on Sunday mornings at 9:00 and 10:30. Feel free to just drop-in on any given Sunday! If you would like to visit an off-campus small group, simply contact the group leader to find out where and when the group will be meeting.
Lee serves as the Connections Pastor at Dayspring, which involves helping our guests and members connect to life giving community and identify potential ministry areas to serve. He also provides oversight to the Dayspring Connect Team who can be found assisting people around the campus during our weekly services. Lee is a lifelong resident of Mobile and graduate of the University of South Alabama. He has served and led various small groups at Dayspring since 2003, and officially joined the staff in 2019.
